She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Lubben and Joanna Lubben. She is survived by: her husband John Van Dyk; and her children, Warren Lubben (Mary) of Port Orchard, Barbara DeKam (Wes) of Mesa, John Van Dyk (Sandy) of Salem and Joel Van Dyk (Bibiana) of Enumclaw, Washington. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
