He is survived by: his spouse Janet Nielsen; his parents, Jay Dale and Mary Salter; his children, Michael Homan and Franie Homan; his children-in-law, Tara Homan and Matthew Herrington; his grandchildren, Gavin, Joani and Zoey; and his siblings, Betty Polhamus, John Polhamus, James Polhamus Jr., Mary Heath, Esther Homan and Jay Homan. He is also survived by 42 nieces and nephews.
