She is survived by: her parents, Patricia Romero (Shawn Mooney) and Rick Romero (Nancy Romero); her husband Jason Rolf Jurgensen; her children, Adelyn Elaine Jurgensen and Zander Lyle Grant Jurgensen; her parents-in-law, Grant and Marie Jurgensen; her stepsiblings, Chris Simpson, Shayne Mooney (Paige Mooney), Jennifer Boatsman (Ross Boatsman) and Laura Mooney; her brother Curtis; her sister-in-law Shelby Jurgensen; her nephews, Ethan Jurgensen, Cole Jurgensen, Jonas Jurgensen, Brennan Boatsman and Liam Mooney; and her pet Porter. She is also survived by extended family and close friends.
