It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susanne Karpstein of Auburn, Washington, born in Seattle, Washington, who passed away on August 17, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Susanne is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Nelson and John Gilbert. She is survived by: her husband Arick Karpstein; her children, Sandra Teichert (Ryan), Holly Marecle (Spencer), Scott Karpstein and Michael Karpstein (Nicole); and her sister Beth Ness. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
