“In loving memory of Herb Stoops, My cousin Herbie as I have always called him was my older cousin whom introduced me to milking a cow. No no no... But I did learn to not stand behind the cow. As we grew up we looked forward to seeing each other and shared confidences in our life. He was a great communicator of jokes and stories. When he was in construction he steered us away from contractors to not deal with. He will be in my heart and memories..”
