He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Smith and Vada Smith. He is survived by: his wife Annamarie Pignanelli; his daughters, Gina Sundberg (Paul), Marybeth Voss and Deanna Toloudis (Dan); and his granddaughters, Jenna Voss and Olivia Voss.
