He is survived by: his spouses, Donna May Strasbaugh and JoAnne; his children, Shari Greenwood of Philomath, Steven Blanch of Liverpool, NY, Jeffrey Blanch of Snohomish, WA and Erik Haugen of Kent, WA; and his brothers, Dick Haugen and Grover Wilson. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
