He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Clifford Starr, Frankie Starr and Jolene Starr; his grandchildren, Damon Fulgencio Jr., Nina Starr-Courville, Aleeyaun Starr, Derek Courville, Alexander Starr and Malia Courville; his great grandchild Angeles Tipton-Fulgencio; his sister Harriet Ross; his son Delbert; his parents, Alex Starr and Agatha Starr; and his siblings, Frankie Starr, Vernon Starr, Edna Lobehan, Daisy Starr-Ross, Vivian Broady, Alfred "Spook" Starr Sr. and Marjorie Williams. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
