With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Louise Sidmore of Auburn, Washington, who passed away on April 20, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Dale Sidmore; and her father Harold LeRoy Geist. She is survived by: her mother LaVona Geist Ruark; her siblings, Barry Geist (Lynda), Aline Kennedy (Thomas), Sue Lednicky (Timothy) and Diane Geist; her children, Michelle Murphy (Jeff), Bonita Brend (Nathan) and Jacob Sidmore (Melissa); her grandchildren, Ryan, Miah (Michelle), Angelyn, Samantha (Jacob), Benna and Eleanor (Bonita); and her great grandchildren, Rozalea and Bakari (Miah).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Susan G. Komen for Breast Cancer Research (http://www.komen.org), a cause Cathie felt strongly about.
