She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair I. Foreman and Lois E. Foreman (O'Brien); her husband Richard L. Mayner; and her son James Lee Mayner. She is survived by: her children, Shelley Tilton, John (Melody), Tony and Mike (Donna); her sister Sharon Horrocks (Foreman Garvin); and her nephew Drew Garvin (Erin). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchild And great great grandchildren.
