He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonus McDowell and Golda McDowell (Vanwinkle). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis (Combs); his children, Torry McDowell (Jennifer), Wayne Stucker (Brenda), Mark Stucker, Dina Kristofferson (Rob) and Lisa Stucker (Rodney Cook); and his pet Bandie.
