He is survived by: his son Sean Green; the mother of his children Teresa Cook; his son Dakota; his sister Renae Chambers (Steve); his niece Andrea Prouty (Brady); his great-niece Genevieve; his great-nephew Perry Prouty; his nephew Lance Chambers (Lydia); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Corbin and Archer; his aunts and uncles, Dee Dee (Jerry), Diane, Shawn, Carol, Kathy, Chris, Toby, Bill, Barbara and Cherry; his close friends, Kelly Brown, Robi Jean, Clint Bryson, Michelle Marcantel, Daryl West, Aron Beauchamp, Tom and Randy Green; and also, Sean and Roslyn. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
