It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Allen Prouty (Arlington, Washington), born in Inglewood, California, who passed away on January 9, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Andrews; his children, Sue Robertson (Brad), Keith Prouty (Wendy), Allen Prouty (Roberta) and Jim Prouty (Cindy); and his brother-in-law Arnold Andrews. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 12 Great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Everett Community College Foundation for scholarship purposes.
