She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Whippo; and her children, Bruce (Jo) and Sherry. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Wendy, Tamera, Tracy, Ross, Ashleigh, Jacob, Nicholai and Lukas; and her sons, Scott (Olga) and Vance. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Seattle Art Museum or the Portland Shriners Hospital for Children, in Peggy's memory, to honor her lifelong love of art and children.
