He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Clare; his grandchildren, Andy, Trevor, Brandi and Dalton; his siblings, Don Carter (Marilyn), Jerome Carter (Lois), Mavis Dotzauer (Cyril) and Darlene Duncan (Norm); and his parents, Tellef Carter and Judith Carter. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
