He was predeceased by: his wife Anne; his parents, Glen and Ethel; his siblings, Cleo McLaughlin, Homer Sayles, Glenna Krausz, Kathryn Bailey, Loyal Sayles and Dorothy Slinde; his stepson Robert Tweite; and his granddaughter Heather Eddy.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Weigel (Troy) of Arlington, WA, Philip Sayles of Arlington, WA, Crystle Sayles of Stanwood, WA, Jaynee Poteet (Jerry) of Grandview, WA, Judy Dailey (Mark) of Montesano, WA, Jackie Poteet (Carl) of Kilauea, HI, Robin Eddy of Mt. Vernon, WA and Kelli Tregoning (Eric) of Arlington, WA.; and his great grandchild Glen.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Floral Hills (409 Filbert Rd, Lynnwood, WA 98036).
