He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fulfs and Mary Fulfs; and his siblings, Dorothy, Kathryn and Clifford.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Norreen McGrew; his children, Leroy (Becky), Susan and Dale (Julie); his sister Hazel; his grandchildren, Nathan (Emily), Lindsay (Zach), Joshua (Bo) and Shelby (Josh); his great grandchildren, Kieran, Connor, Kyla, Josie and Tori; and his pet Fancy.
