He is survived by: his spouse Gloria Jean Bushinger; his children, Priscilla MacPherson (Gregory), Fredrick Crabtree (Sharon), Tammy Swanson and Linda Deeter (Anthony); his siblings, Barbara Orton (Darrell), James Crabtree Sr., Thomas Crabtree and Lorna Cardenaz; his grandfather Leroy; his nephew Rodney Sinclair; and his friend Robert Graves.
