He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Urstad and Borgny Urstad (Twito). He is survived by: his former wife Peggy Knapp; his children, Scott and Heidi; his siblings, Ray Urstad and Marilyn (Norm Beers); his wife Peg (Knapp); and his grandchildren, Eric (Anna), Kelcie, Sydney, Jay Jr. and Kari.
