With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Russell Oxford (Anacortes, Washington), born in Rosiclare, Illinois, who passed away on October 3, 2018 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Oxford (Wilson). He is survived by: his children, Bernita Orcutt (Jerry) of Fruitport, Linda Whitbeck (Joel) of Mounds View, Minnesota and Rex Oxford (Julia) of Boise, Idaho. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the New Hope Christian Fellowship Church.
