She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul McCollum and Eileen McCollum; her siblings, Harold and Paulette; and her nephews, Scott and Walt.
She is survived by: her wife Annette; her pets, Lacey, Mika and Ashley; her nieces, Hope (William) and Karah (Jason); her great-nephew JJ; her niece Tazia; her brother Ray (Lynn); her niece-in-law Joan; and her siblings-in-law, Adonna (Aaron) and John (Arlene). She is also survived by her wife, fur babies and sister-in-law.
