He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Gallagher and Freida Gallagher (Hehn). He is survived by: his wife Linda Branch; his daughter Ginger Gallagher; his son-in-law Jason Childers; and his granddaughter Samantha Gallagher.
The military honors was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Corbeill Funeral Home Chapel (905 S Grand Ave, Pullman, WA 99163).
