He was predeceased by: his parents, Kirk W. Malcolm and Pauline A. Malcolm; and his wife Inez. He is survived by: his sons, Brady and Doug; and his stepdaughters, Jennifer and Kelley. He is also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous step-grand/great-grandchildren.
