He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Newton and Catherine Newton (Rosevear); and his sister Cheri Jones. He is survived by: his granddaughter Lisa; his wife Billi Newton; his children, Thomas Newton (Sarah) of Elma, Washington, Lisa Newton of Aberdeen and Angelique Schanbeck (Neal) of California; and his sister Cathy LeCompte (Kathy DiLorenzo). He is also survived by 6 granddaughters; 3 grandsons; and 1 great-grandchild.
During covid, he found a passion in modeling, whether it be a car model or airplane model, Bill could and would build them with ease.
