William touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton James (Pat) and Frances Maxwell; and his brothers, Tom and Pat James. He is survived by: his wife Betty James (Matthews); his sister Debbie Baker (Dave); his children, Jackie Reed (Scott), Bill James (Katrina) and Brian Kelley; his grandchildren, Ari, Tyler, Kennedy, Haley, Amaya, Madi and Rylan; and his great grandchild Nahkaiya. He is also survived by his family, friends.
