He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Kelley and Hetty Kelley (Hasbrouck). He is survived by: his wife Mona; his children, Jess Kelley of Olympia, Washington and Cynthia Kelley of Westport, Washington; his stepsons, Jonathan (Sherry) and Robert Land (Michelle) of Centralia, Washington; his brothers, John Kelley (Carla) of Grayland and Daniel Kelley of Grayland, Washington; his stepgrandchildren, Tarah Land (James) of Dallas, Texas and Kendra Land of Dallas, Texas; and his stepgreat-grandchild Copeland.
