He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Bozak and Sophia Bozak (Sudor); his wife Patricia Pierecy; and his siblings, John, Tom, Frank, Joseph, Woodrow, Victor Bozak, Antonia Farnus, Wanda Gross and Dorothy Hawkes.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Bozak (Tara) of Aberdeen, Jennifer Hurley (Brian) of Olympia and Tamatha Yunker (Leagh) of Tumwater; his grandchildren, Michael, Bryan, Kyle, Chad and Kasey; and his great grandchildren, Emee, Mila and Theo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
