He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Draper and Melanie Draper (Elzner). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Draper; his children, Ed Draper (Kristen) of Olympia, WA and Tracie Draper (Ross Marshall) of Shoreline, WA; his sister Roberta Martin of Kingman, AZ; and his grandchildren, Avery, Addison, Sam and Owen.
In memory of Steve, the family asks that any donations be made in Steve's name to the American Cancer Society.
