He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marjorie Scroggs and Richard M. Scroggs; his mother-in-law Ann Hobi of Aberdeen; his wife Ann; his children, Susan Simmons (Joseph), Peter Scroggs (Kristin) and John Scroggs (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, Christopher (Lauren), Nicholas Simmons, Sam, Molly Scroggs, Maggie and Jane Scroggs.
