He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Easterly and Ethel Dunlap-Ultican Easterly; and his grandson Cameron Philamalee. He is survived by: his wife Joye; his brother John; his daughters, Tami Philamalee (Sonny) and Susie Kingsolver; his grandchildren, Aric Philamalee (Aubrey Craypo), Brittney Baker (Gavin) and Addison Kingsolver; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Carter Baker and Piper Morgan Baker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
