He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lee Phillips and Ella Phillips (Ellis); his wife Latricia Mae Trout; his children, Ginger Quinby (Ben) of Grayland, Troy (Michelle) of Aberdeen and Allen of Ocosta, WA.; his siblings, Doris Porter of South Bend, WA, Kathy James of Marysville and Paul (Gerry) of Springfield, OR; his grandsons, Jason Quinby (Lindsey), Zach Quinby (Oreian) and Tommy Quinby (Phylicia); and his brother Dan Phillips.
