She is survived by: her daughter Dee Dee Garman; her sons-in-law, Larry Garman and Mike Wincewicz; and her grandchildren, Jamie Brueher (Nate), Brian Vasquez, Wes Davis, Lacey Davis, Josh Garman, Casey Wincewicz (Cristina), Sean Wincewicz (Kira), Cameron, Kelcey, Brenan, Devin, Ava, Jayde, Kaitlynn, Korbin, Kaylee, Belle, Cavan, Riley and Baylee. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and gifts the family ask that donations be made to Alzheimer's foundation or Children's hospital in memory of Phyllis.
