He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin Edward and Dorothy Juanita Olney (Bennett); his wife Evelyn E. Penn; and his children, Patricia J. Gitchel of Oakville, Tina L. Ebling of Rochester, Tracy A. Lukianov, Anthony R. Olney and Edward A. Olney of Lacey. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives.
