She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jacka and Louise Jacka; and her sister Karen Kahler. She is survived by: her husband Darrell Bell; her children, Brian Yearout (Sarah) and Julie Niemi (Kelly); her brother Alan Jacka (Joan); her grandchildren, Madilyn and Luke Niemi; and her stepgrandsons, Clayton and Marshall Oldfield.
Memorials may be sent to the Grays Harbor Community Foundation so a memorial scholarship can be set up in her name.
