He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Allen and Mary Allen (Norton); and his siblings, Edward Allen, Margaret Allen and Ann Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Harnisch; his children, Steve Allen (Laura) of Weidman, MI, Brian Allen (Linda Springer) of Cosmopolis, WA, Kelly Gillard (Jack) of Ann Arbor, MI and Kathrine Powers (Mike) of Kingston, TN; his sister Eleanor Allen of Barberton, OH; his grandchildren, Jacop, Stephanie, Hannah, Jeb, Jamison, Spencer and Nora; and his stepgranddaughter Andrea. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
