He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl D. Burtch and Dorothy V. Burtch (Wharton); his wife Toni; his children, Julie Loomis (Glen) of Wishkah Valley and James Lee Burtch of Aberdeen; his grandchildren, Ryan J. Loomis and Shannon E. Moore (Trent); his great grandchildren, Emma Jean Bryant, Gavin Grady Moore and Landon James Moore; his brothers, Albert LeCount and Jerry McCleary; his grandson Anson James Burtch; and his brother Vern McCleary.
