She is survived by: her parents, Charles Bresler and Alta Lee Bresler (Shelley); her spouse Cecil Winkler; her children, Rick, Roy Winkler, Aberdeen Winkler, Randy Winkler, Federal and Roxanne Broten of Aberdeen; and her brother Robert Bresler of Edmonds. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
