It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Kathryn Jeffrey in Aberdeen, Washington, who passed away on June 16, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other Robert William Jeffrey (Bob); her parents, Joseph Morris Tiernan and Evelyn Bernice Tiernan; her siblings, Eve Mary Nielsen and Joseph Michael Tiernan; and her children, Mike Jeffrey (Dee), Vicki Malloy (Harry), Steve Jeffrey (Debra), Tom Jeffrey (Jennifer) and Jacki Smith (John). She was also cherished by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
