Betty Schlaht Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Schlaht of Aberdeen, Washington, born in Larimore, North Dakota, who passed away on October 7, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Warne and Lillian Warne (Braaten); her husband Selmer T. Schlaht; and her siblings, Eugene Warne, Charlotte Walberg, Marlene Willig and Maxine Cogburn.

She is survived by: her children, Gene, Everett (Tim) and Sherry; and her siblings, Ronald "Bud" Warne Sr. and Penny Rae Johnson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials may be made to Amazing Grace Church, 111 E. 4th st., Aberdeen, WA 98520. Donations will be used to help fund the church's community work and programs.
