She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kanyuck (Anna Benia Kanyuck) and Anna Kliboky Kanyuck (Benia); and her husband Cyril Polchies. She is survived by: her brother Kenneth Kanyuck, Sr. of Monroe, Connecticut; her stepchildren, Bradley (Juanita), Abigail, Susan, Brock (Darlene) and Karen; and her nephews, David Kanyuck, Bamboo, Bruce Polchies of Vancouver and British Columbia. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great nephews, along with many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Worcester United Methodist Church (35 Worcester Village Rd, Worcester, VT 05682). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
