We are sad to announce that on February 29, 2024, at the age of 86, Charles Howard Martin of Worcester, Vermont, born in Montpelier, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Martin and Mabel Martin (Hill); his sister Lorraine Lewis; and his cousin Newell Shonio (Cora Shonio). He is survived by: his significant other Richard DeCosta of Worcester, VT.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
