With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sir Mathew (Woodstock, Vermont), born in London, London, who passed away on December 5, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anthony Wilson and Margaret Holden; his wife Janet; his son Edward (Imogen); his grandchildren, Titus and Tallulah; his daughter Victoria (Edward Roskill); and his grandchildren, Alexander and Isabella.
After a short period running the Wilderness Foundation UK, he and Janet moved to South Barnard, VT.
