He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard T. Godfrey, Sr. and Grace Godfrey (Howard); his wife Sally; and his siblings, Dorothy and Joseph.
He is survived by: his sons, James (Eileen) of Woodstock, VT and Stephen of Orwell, VT; his grandson Lucas of Boston, MA; and his brother Norman of Fort Pierce, FL..
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Funeral Cabot Funeral Home (32 Rose Hill Rd, Woodstock, VT 05091).
