He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Lewis and Ruth Lewis (Manley); his wife Karen Bradley; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Norma Bradley; his children, James Lewis, Jr. and Kristine Lewis Urban; his grandchildren, Kassidi, Samantha, Savannah, James, William, Ryan and Keighley; and his great grandchildren, Addison and Lily.
