He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bell and Jessie Wilson Bell; his son John (Jackie); and his siblings, Charles Nathalie (Julia), Barbara, Roy Jr. (Lorraine) and James (Margaret).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Brumm; his daughter Maureen Bell Boardman (Byron) of Bradford, VT; his grandchildren, Meghan, Cameron Boardman, Murray and Julia Bell of Las Vegas, NV; his sister-in-law Fran Hughes (Nate) of Clinton, CT; and his nieces, Judy and Jessie Olson of Cushing, ME. He is also survived by nephews and friends.
