With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah Phillips in Woodstock, Vermont, born in Englewood, New Jersey, who passed away on April 26, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Isaac Phillips, Jr. and Susan DuBois Phillips; and her close friend John Durfee. She is survived by: her siblings, Sanford I. Phillips of Newtown Square, Nancy Phillips Pike of Exeter and Thomas D. Phillips (Nancy) of Broomfield, Colorado.
