He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ching-Wen; his children, May (Sean), Mark (Sara) and Isaac (Laura); his grandchildren, Merrill, Charlie, Ella and Prosper; and his parents, Pauline Billings and Carl Taylor, Sr..
Carl and Ching-Wen had just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, separated by a window due to the coronavirus lockdown.
