He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Gilbert and Melba Gilbert (Goodyear); his former spouse Beverly Travers; his pets, Kona and Marley; his grandfather Pop-Pop; his siblings, Jerry (Arlene), Lindy (Sherrill) and Connie; his children, Karen Symonds (Wayne), Larry Gilbert (Kristin), Shannon Bailey (Brian), Monique Baril (Dennis), Kelly Fournier (Dave) and Renee Bilodeau (Jon); his grandchildren, Jessica Symonds (Tim), Andrea Symonds (Patrick), Josh Gilbert (Lauren), Nathan Gilbert, Ryan Kreis (Megan), Caitlyn Surprise (Steven), Marah Kreis, Jessica VanOrman (Hank), Caitlin Hull (Chris), Brian Bailey (Elizabeth), Danielle Bayne (Joe), Michael Baril (Hilary), Ashley Stanley (TJ), Elizabeth Cote-Wong (Jason), Tyler Bilodeau (Doug), Evan Bilodeau (Abbey) and Josh Bilodeau; his wife Elaine; and his siblings, John, Nancy, Carol, Cathy and Barbara. He was also cherished by 16 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
