He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cedric Westover and Doris Fleury Westover; his spouse Donna Adeline Hayford; his children, Roy William Westover, Jr. (Brenda) of Wolcott, Tammy Westover of Wolcott and Cindy Westover of Johnson; his granddaughter Hillary Westover (Ron Ackley) of Arvada; his great grandchildren, Ezra Bartlett and Taegan Ackley; his siblings, Leonard Westover (Mary) of Swanton and Evelyn Spiegel of Suwanee, GA.; and his daughter Lisa Dawn Westover.
