He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Augustus McArthur and Ruth McArthur (Farr); his son Richard; his sister Roberta Decker of New York; his children, Charles (Polly McArthur), Earl McArthur of Morrisville, Gaylon (Florence McArthur) and Debbie Jones of Morrisville; his stepchildren, Paula Williams (Billings) of Wolcott, Carol (Billings), Steve McGranaghan of Orange, James Billings (Sue) of Grantham, NH, Kurt, Karen Billings of Wolcott, Roland and Carmen Billings of Morrisville; his wife Marilyn McArthur (Stearns); and his sisters, Adeline Magoon and Rachel Martin. He was also cherished by many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren.
